  • 3–5 years in construction management or field operations.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary field teams and federal programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HUD CDBG-DR/CDBG-MIT requirements and local codes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of field personnel across LA County.
  • Coordinate inspections, contractor work, and field activities for quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD programs and local building codes.
  • Provide leadership, training, and performance guidance to staff.
  • Collaborate with officials, contractors, and program managers to align activities.
  • Prepare reports and updates for grant compliance and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Review plans and scopes of work for consistency with budgets and requirements.
  • Travel throughout LA County for site visits and team support.
