Job summary

Unisys is seeking a senior Disaster Recovery Leader to define and govern enterprise DR strategy across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. You will design resilient architectures, coordinate DR planning, and lead testing across teams to ensure rapid restoration during incidents.

The role requires deep technical leadership, strong collaboration with business and technology leadership, and oversight of DR readiness and execution across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS or related field.
Preferred Master’s degree.
12+ years in IT architecture/infrastructure/enterprise systems.
Proven experience designing enterprise Disaster Recovery solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, hybrid).

Responsibilities

Define enterprise DR architecture, standards, and frameworks aligned with ITIL/ITSM Service Continuity Management.
Lead development and governance of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) with defined RTO/RPO.
Coordinate DR activities across internal teams and third-party providers.
Design and govern backup, replication, and recovery strategies.
Lead DR testing, validation, and post-incident improvements.
