Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Case Manager to serve as the primary contact for applicants requiring financial assistance. This in-office role travels to intake centers to collaborate with clients, case management, and leadership on program applications.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through applications, reviewing submissions for completeness, updating on status, and maintaining documentation in the program system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Two or more years' experience providing customer service or clerical work, required
• Knowledge of creating tables and graphs in Microsoft Excel, required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record, required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and support to applicants, the client, constituents, and program team members
• Assists applicants with completion and submission of program applications
• Reviews submitted applications for completeness and ensures documentation is complete for eligibility review
• Reviews applicant vulnerability factors and assigns priority status
• Maintains regular communication and updates on application status
• Gathers documentation and uploads to program system of record
• Records all communications in the program system of record
• Other duties as required
