Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backup administration, disaster recovery, or business continuity.
• Experience with Veeam, Azure, and on‑premises backup systems; ability to define RTO/RPO and retention policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage backup schedules and retention policies.
• Monitor backup success/failure and integrity of restore procedures.
• Perform annual restore testing and document results.
• Ensure near‑real‑time incremental backups where possible.
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
