Qualifications

• 8+ years of network/system administration experience.
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Veeam.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: Network+, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Azure Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, network devices, and cloud systems.
• Manage FortiGate firewalls and advanced threat protection.
• Perform patching, updates, and maintenance.
• Provide automated alerting and human review/response.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Support Azure and Veeam backup environments.
• Configure new or replacement servers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct quarterly network health reviews and provide plain-language reports.
