Responsibilities

• Conducts site inspections to validate and record infrastructure damage, including photos, sketches and damage descriptions; develops scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Reviews and analyzes engineering reports, designs and as‑built plans.
• Makes recommendations regarding claim eligibility and hazard mitigation proposals; coordinates with applicants and communicates final determinations.
• Provides analyses and updates reports; participates in status update meetings with FEMA and identifies need for technical specialists.
• Coordinates and completes basic to moderately complex site inspections to support FEMA Public Assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
