Job summary

Caliber Collision in Salem NH is seeking a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform bumper repair, disassembly, and reassembly of vehicles with a focus on safety and OEM standards. The role uses our advanced equipment and offers weekly pay plus overtime opportunities.

Requirements include 1+ year of hands-on disassembly/reassembly, and being 18+. Collision experience or related certification is a plus. We provide paid trainings such as I-CAR and ASE and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Nice to have: collision experience and/or collision Vo‑Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle bumper components as required.
• Perform disassembly/reassembly work thoroughly, safely, and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform all-purpose duties related to bumper repair and disassembly and reassembly of vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards while using our state-of-the-art equipment.

OUR COLLISION DISASSEMBLE/REASSEMBLE TECHNICIAN FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• Flat Rate pay of $22 to $24 per flagged hour.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
