Job summary

Caliber Collision in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform bumper repair and thorough teardown/reassembly of vehicles per Caliber and OEM standards using our advanced equipment.

Requirements include 1+ year of hands-on vehicle teardown/reassembly, ability to lift and work physically, and the potential benefit of prior collision experience or related training. We offer day-one benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience or collision Vo-Tech certification.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform all-purpose duties related to bumper repair and disassembly and reassembly of vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards while using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
