Job summary

Caliber Collision in Ashland, KY is seeking a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform bumper repair and full vehicle disassembly/reassembly to OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

The role offers hourly pay of $16–$20 and weekly pay with overtime eligibility where applicable, plus day-one benefits and ongoing training opportunities through I-CAR and ASE.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles per OEM and Caliber standards.
• Perform bumper repair and related tasks using state-of-the-art equipment.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform all-purpose duties related to bumper repair and disassembly and reassembly of vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards while using our state-of-the-art equipment.

OUR COLLISION DISASSEMBLE/REASSEMBLE TECHNICIAN FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $16- $20 per Hour or Flag Rate

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
