Job summary

Caliber Collision Ashland is seeking a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform bumper repair and vehicle disassembly/reassembly with safety and precision, using state-of-the-art equipment in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years tearing down and reassembling vehicles, are at least 18, and can work in a fast-paced shop. We offer benefits from day one, weekly pay, overtime eligibility, paid vacations, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components per OEM specs.
• Perform bumper repair and related tasks safely and efficiently.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment and follow Caliber processes.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform all-purpose duties related to bumper repair and disassembly and reassembly of vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards while using our state-of-the-art equipment.

OUR COLLISION DISASSEMBLE/REASSEMBLE TECHNICIAN FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $16- $20 per Hour or Flag Rate

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles


• Be at least 18 years of age


• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.


• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal


• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
