PALS CHRYSALIS HEALTH CO. is seeking a Driver for Non-Medical Transportation in Heath, OH. This full-time role entails safely transporting clients from living facilities to programming and back, with a split shift and Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must pass the DOT physical.
• Must have a minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
• Must have appropriate experience and documentation capabilities.
• Maintains current and annual training requirements.
• Criminal background screens as required.
• Must have Ohio Driver License with less than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up clients from Adult Living Facility or other agreed location using a company vehicle.
• Safely transport clients to and from programs.
• Ensure client safety during transportation.
• Maintain vehicle safety checks and schedule maintenance.
• Ensure safety equipment is in good working order.
• Supervise and support clients as needed.
• Complete transportation documentation and billing sheets.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Interact professionally with clients and the community.
