PALS CHRYSALIS HEALTH CO. is seeking a Driver for Non-Medical Transportation to pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities and transport them to daily programming. You will ensure safety and operate company vehicles in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Ohio Driver License with <6 points.
• Criminal background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities or other locations using a company vehicle.
• Transport clients to daily programming and return to the original location.
• Ensure client safety during transport and perform vehicle safety checks.
• Complete documentation such as vehicle safety checks and billing sheets.
• Attend weekly meetings for additional training.
