Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is hiring Disability Support Professionals to train to become Behavior Technicians, delivering ABA therapy in home settings to children with autism and their families. This role requires 20-30 hours per week, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

You’ll collect data, implement plans, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor while earning $23–$25 per hour with a sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, free RBT training, weekend premium

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location
• 20-30 hours per week
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs
