Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is hiring Disability Support Professionals to train to become Behavior Technicians who will deliver ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism and families.

The role offers a $23–$25 per hour pay, sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, free training, and career growth through supervision and mentoring. This position requires a driver's license and reliable transportation, with 20–30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Must be physically present at the job location 20 - 30 hours per week.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device (such as a smart phone or tablet) to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
