Job summary

Arcuri Disability Services, LLC is seeking a passionate Disability Services professional to join our Casper team. You will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, implement service plans, and advocate for client independence.

We value empathy, strong communication, and reliability. A background check and state licensing requirements must be met; CPR/First Aid and MAT certifications may be provided if needed. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services or related human services preferred.
• Knowledge of person-centered care principles preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing or certification requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with clear driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities

• Advocate for clients' rights, independence, and access to community resources
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance records
