Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to three years related work experience preferred.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Case management of cognitive disabilities, including document collection and planning.
• Maintain classroom discipline to maximize learning and establish rapport.
• Provide small-group instruction and tutoring for students with special needs.
• Train staff on learning support and accommodations in testing and training settings.
• Screen disabled students, assess needs and benefit from the Job Corps Program.
• Coordinate living arrangements prior to arrival and pre-arrival contacts.
• Collaborate with Regional Office and Health Services to ensure applicant suitability.
• Develop work experience sites and coordinate placements for disabled students.
• Complete Job Corps forms and liaise with state/community agencies.
