Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist in Harrisburg, PA. The role provides leadership and support to staff and individuals served, coordinating assessments, ISPs, and education/skill development for individuals and the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher and one (1) year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinates, develops, and implements individual assessments.
• Develops and implements Individual Support Plans and education/skill development for individuals and the support team.

Education
