Job summary

VALLEYLIFE is seeking a dedicated Job Coach in Phoenix, AZ to support individuals with disabilities in securing and sustaining employment. You will develop individualized training plans, coordinate transportation, and help participants prepare for and secure community-based jobs.

The role requires strong communication, planning skills, and a willingness to work closely with families, employers, and staff. A high school diploma or GED is required; an AZ driver's license with a good driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA or 60 college hours with emphasis in behavioral science preferred.
• Eligible to drive VALLEYLIFE vehicles with AZ Driver's License and good driving history.
• Demonstrated knowledge in five of eight basic training areas listed below.

Responsibilities

• Transports members as needed and supports job placement and transportation.
• Develops member training strategy and Employment Development Plan.
• Develops job descriptions, task analyses, and schedules for members.
• Provides training in job-seeking skills.
• Ensures compliance with Department of Labor regulations via time studies.
• Assists in planning member transportation to VALLEYLIFE or job site.
• Maintains records of member progress and billing information.
• Assists Job Developer in identifying community job sites.
• Participates in staff meetings and committees.
• Performs additional duties as required.
