Job summary

Employment Development Department seeks an experienced leader to guide one or more field office units, ensuring delivery of services in line with laws governing the Disability Insurance Program. The role focuses on program integrity, staff development, and effective communication to support budgetary constraints and continuous capacity building.

The position may serve as office manager in the manager’s absence and requires dedication to the department's mission and values while collaborating

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing field office units.
• Knowledge of office budget processes and fiscal controls.
• Ability to ensure services comply with applicable laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for one or more field office units.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures governing the Disability Insurance Program.
• Develop and maintain staff to ensure proper processing of workload and budget adherence.
• Coach and mentor management and staff; act as office manager when needed.
• Support branch and department vision, mission, values, and goals.
