Job summary

CLASS Employment Services is seeking an Employment Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive integrated employment. This full‑time role focuses on outreach, intake, and assessments, building employer relationships, and delivering on‑the‑job training and follow‑up support.

You will work to ensure successful placement, provide job readiness assistance, and maintain accurate documentation in CWDS, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least one year of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Associate degree and at least three years of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Credentialed as a Certified Employment Support Professional through APSE or National Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services through ACRE (must be acquired in first nine months).
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements.
• Current Criminal History Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate outreach, intake, and assessment to grow program census and secure referrals.
• Develop community integrated job opportunities and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Assist with resume development and interview prep for job readiness.
• Contact employers who match consumer interests and skills; complete job analyses as needed.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for job and soft skills as needed.
• Support post‑placement follow‑up to ensure job stability and longevity.
• Complete documentation in CWDS and other regulatory requirements.
