Job summary

Community Living And Support Services (CLASS) seeks an Employment Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive integrated employment. This full-time role centers on outreach, intake, job development, and on-the-job training while coordinating with funders to secure referrals.

You will provide ongoing follow-up, client support, and documentation in CWDS, ensuring compliance with 6400 regulations and maintaining regular contact with employers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and at least one year of experience with individuals with disabilities in a personal or professional manner.
• Associate degree in related field and at least three years of experience with individuals with disabilities in a personal or professional manner.
• Credentialed as a Certified Employment Support Professional through APSE or have received a National Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services through the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educator's (ACRE). Or credential must be acquired during the first nine months of employment.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements
• Current Criminal History Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate outreach, intake and assessment activities to grow and maintain census.
• Develop community integrated job opportunities and provide on-the-job training services.
• Provide on-going services after placement to ensure job stabilization and longevity.
• Complete required documentation in CWDS and track data per 6400 regulations.
• Participate in consumer support team meetings and communicate progress as required.
