Job summary

The Arc of York and Adams Counties is seeking a Job Support Specialist to help individuals with disabilities secure and maintain employment in York, PA. You will train new hires on the job, then provide ongoing follow-up to ensure success, while coordinating with partners and documenting progress.

Hours may include evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs; you may drive clients in a company vehicle. A high school diploma and background in human services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong command of English, basic math, and computer skills.
• Experience in human services or disability services is preferred.
