We are currently looking for an enthusiastic job coach (Employment Training Specialist), who will provide creative and individualized employment-related services to candidates with disabilities. In this position, you will help job candidates to create resumes, assist with job finding, and then work with community employers to support them in training their new employee. Job coaching is a position where you can truly "make a difference," for people with disabilities and for the community at large. Our Employment Training Specialists work throughout Chester and Delaware Counties.

TheEmployment Training Specialist (ETS)is responsible forcompetitive placement of participants in the Comprehensive Employment Services (CES)program, including assessments, job development, job training, follow-upservicesand maintenance of participants’ records.
Bachelor’s or Associatesdegree preferred ,in Vocational /Rehabilitation counseling, Education, Psychology, or related fieldand/orexperience working directly with persons with disabilities.
