Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of employment development for individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding of medical and behavioral needs of developmentally disabled participants.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consumers for sustainable employment opportunities.
• Interpret data from referring agencies to aid employment development.
• Develop and implement training plans to support job stability.
• Assist with task analysis and vocational assessments as needed.
• Maintain connections with employers and service providers.
• Ensure program requirements meet CARF/NISH-JWOD and other standards.
• Compile and enter statistical reports accurately.
