Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at competitive employment sites across San Diego County. You will help clients learn job skills, adapt to work environments, and achieve long-term employment success.

Responsibilities include one-on-one coaching, building job skills, monitoring performance, documenting progress, and collaborating with employers, case managers, and support networks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided).
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.
