Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Disability Reviewer to support Wisconsin's Katie Beckett Medicaid program. You will review medical, psychological, developmental, and other records, apply disability criteria, and develop objective recommendations for determinations.

You will manage a caseload while collaborating with reviewers, consultants, and program partners to ensure timely decisions. The role is full-time, remote within Wisconsin, with travel to Madison as needed and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing medical, psychological, developmental, and functional records.
• Ability to evaluate complex evidence and develop objective recommendations.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in human services or related fields.
• Experience with electronic medical records; CARES Worker Web (CWW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complex records to support disability determinations for Medicaid.
• Develop determination recommendations using medical evidence and policy.
• Evaluate impairments and identify need for additional information.
• Prepare electronic case documentation and notifications.
• Manage a disability caseload and collaborate with team to resolve cases.
