Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Applies disability contract provisions to determine liability and supports return-to-work efforts.
• Communicates with claimants to set expectations and share status of claims.
• Collaborates with specialists to ensure an appropriate plan based on functional capacity and prognosis.
• Manages a block of claims, prioritizes actions, and delivers timely, accurate decisions.
• Delivers high level service with timely phone follow-ups and clear communication.
