Brooks Law Group in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Social Security Disability Intaker/Case Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on client intake, case management, and coordinating disability claims with medical providers and attorneys.

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and strong communicators who can work independently and as part of a fast-paced, mission-driven firm. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; experience in social security law is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of legal social security or related business experience.
• Excellent communication with clients and professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact proactively with clients, medical providers, and legal representatives.
• Handling email communications and internal filing.
• Assist with appeals and intake interviews.
• Develop understanding of Social Security Disability regulations.
• Schedule hearings and prepare briefs.
• Order medical records and coordinate with providers.
• Coordinate with attorneys and present case synopses.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
