Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking experienced Social Security Disability Attorneys to join a fast-growing national practice. You will advocate for clients through all stages of their claims, prepare for hearings, and manage a significant caseload while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

JD from ABA-accredited law school.
Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload.
Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
Prepare clients for hearings and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.
Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
Work closely with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.
Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
Help clients navigate one of the most important legal matters of their lives.
