Job summary

The grant-funded, full-time role reports to the Director of Student Health, Wellness, and Accessibility Services. The salary range is $70,455 to $85,881 with comprehensive benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Proficient bookkeeping and budgeting skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, coordinating, and improving a funded program.
• Provide liaison support between students, faculty, staff, and mentors.
• Inform and assist students regarding program requirements and intake processes.
• Assess eligibility for program participation using prescribed regulations.
• Help students with enrollment procedures and form completion.
• Coordinate program resources and refer students to services and mentors.
• Maintain program accounts and support budgeting and expenditures.
• Consult with students on academic and vocational concerns and refer to advisors.
• Collect and assemble program data for forms and reports.
• Prepare confidential student records and program documentation.
• Support program publicity and calendar management.
• Oversee work of student workers and tutors, as assigned.
• Assist in recruiting and orienting mentors.
