The role focuses on driving operational excellence, employee engagement, client satisfaction, compliance, and overall account performance. • Demonstrated success leading teams in a multi-site or multi-location environment.
• Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Active Guard Card.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Experience managing Account Managers, Operations Managers, or Site Leaders.
• Experience overseeing client-facing operations and service delivery.
