• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate material deliveries and track inventory to prevent shortages.

• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Report and document any accidents, injuries, or safety violations to management.
• Conduct safety meetings with crew members regularly and as needed.

Skills

Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role in excavation, site work, or related industry

Strong knowledge of construction and on-site construction management principles

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

Understanding of GPS and laser guided layout systems

Understanding of construction software for daily reporting and documentation

This individual would be accountable for the efficient management and supervision of on-site construction operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company policies and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee daily site work activities.
