• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in social services or related field; 4 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Special Skills: Strong written/oral communication; ability to partner with community organizations; grant writing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for Youth and Housing programs.
• Oversee budgets across contracts and funding sources.
• Monitor expenditures and financial reporting; ensure funder compliance.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, onboarding, and supervision.
• Represent Catholic Charities in forums to advance collaboration and service delivery.
• Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and contract requirements.
