• Must have completed Core Training -Phase One.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• A call to reach kids with the Gospel.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development through prayer, growth and church relationships.
• Develop leaders, recruit volunteers and staff, and build teams.
• Manage resource development and donor relations for the area.
• Plan and execute ministry strategies across clubs and camps.
• Adhere to Young Life policies and maintain professionalism.
• Participate in regional training and mission-wide programs.
