Job summary

ICANN is seeking a Manager of Workplace Technology Services to lead the global support of endpoint, collaboration, and conference room technologies. The role drives service quality, security, and operational excellence across hybrid and remote work environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise Apple platforms, Microsoft 365, and unified communications, with a proven track record in team leadership and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight years of experience in workplace technologies or related fields.
• Three years of people leadership in technical support or workplace technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Technology Services function for reliable, secure tech services.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, and related tools.
• Lead conference room and AV systems support for hybrid work environments.
• Develop training resources and communication plans to drive adoption of workplace technologies.
