Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for ICANN’s workplace technology portfolio.
• Manage workplace technology products throughout their lifecycle from evaluation to retirement.
• Lead portfolio prioritization across concurrent initiatives balancing value, risk, feasibility, and readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, productivity, and business value realization.
