Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions seeks a Director of Workplace Services to own the physical work environment across 16 locations in WA and OR. You will lead a seven-person team, align workplace strategy with headcount growth and hybrid policies, and ensure high-impact operations.

Reporting to the CAO, you will manage leases, TI projects, Budgets, and business continuity, while driving employee-focused service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–12+ years in corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace services.
• Experience owning large facilities or real estate budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Experience managing CRE transactions, lease negotiations, TI projects.
• Vendor management with MSAs, SLAs, and contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range space strategy across leased locations and future growth planning.
• Own full WPS budget, set targets, and drive cost optimization.
• Lead vendor strategy and contract governance for all WPS providers.
• Deliver TI and capital projects across the portfolio; manage design resources and contractors.
• Oversee business continuity and emergency preparedness; coordinate cross-functional planning.
