Job summary

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation seeks a Director of Workplace Experience and Services to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of our workplace user experience across three facilities. This role focuses on workplace design, hospitality, and media services to support staff, visitors, and events.

The director will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize space, employee wellbeing initiatives, café and amenities, and onsite/virtual media support for events and communications.

Director, Workplace Experience and Services

Reporting to the senior director, the director, Workplace Experience and Services will be responsible for design, coordination, and implementation of the workplace user experience across the Foundation's three facilities with a specific focus on activities in three areas:

• Workplace Design and Access: space design and planning, optimization, space acquisition, relocations, office improvements, maintenance, furniture, accessibility and navigation, environmental responsibility, and other organization use of our space. Includes a focus on wellbeing program development events in support of employee social, emotional, and physical health.
• Hospitality: café and catering, office supplies (in person/remote), visitor services, mail, printing and duplicating services, workplace amenities (quiet room, lactation room, fitness center, walking room).
• Media Services: audio/video/webinar onsite and virtual support and development of visual communications materials to support facility operations, events, and staff needs.
