• Translate agency vision into an actionable workforce strategy grounded in experimentation, learning, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead teams with clarity, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and scale workforce models and establish disciplined piloting and evaluation processes.
• Cultivate partnerships with employers, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
• Advance evidence-based practice and replication to ensure program fidelity and impact.
