Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a Director Women's Services to lead the unit and advance patient-centered care across obstetrics, neonatology, and related services. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and policy development while promoting evidence-based practices.

This role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and at least one year of leadership in acute care. You will partner with clinical leaders to enhance patient experience and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in acute care.
• Strong knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing practice and unit operations.
• Provide leadership to achieve optimal patient experience and outcomes.
• Forecast staffing, planning and budget monitoring for the department.
