HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball seeks a Director of Women’s Services to lead nursing practice and the women’s service line. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, policy implementation, and ensure patient-centered care across labor, delivery, and NICU adjacent services.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• NRP certification or training preferred.
• RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit(s)/department staffing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Lead evidence-based practice to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards and accrediting bodies.
• Direct nursing practice and unit operations, ensuring staff competencies.
• Drive patient experience improvements and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in support of facility objectives.
