Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required or seven+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred

• Develops and implements departmental goals aligned with strategic vision
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
