You will drive strategic planning, quality improvement, staffing, budgeting, and policy development while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in women's health or obstetrics preferred.
• RN licensure in good standing required.

• Oversees daily operations of women's services departments (L&D, Mother/Baby, nurseries).
• Develops and implements departmental goals aligned with organizational vision.
