Merit Health Central in Jackson, MS, seeks a Director of Women’s Services to lead labor & delivery and postpartum units. You will drive quality, safety, regulatory compliance and interdisciplinary collaboration while aligning with the hospital’s mission.

The role focuses on staff development, workflow optimization, and resource stewardship to uphold exceptional patient care standards across women’s health services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations of women's services departments, including staffing, resource allocation, safety, and quality.
• Develops and implements departmental goals and objectives aligned with the organization’s strategic vision.
