Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in psychological assessment and crisis intervention.
• Experience in higher education and/or medical or mental health settings.
• Experience with diverse populations and DEI principles.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of Wellness Coordination and Intervention (WCI) operations, including annual planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Oversee the clinically oriented Wellness Intervention Team (WIT).
• Supervise WCI staff and support team development.
• Maintain WCI databases and shared information systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations on program usage, needs, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate wellness education and resources for BCM students and trainees.
• Ensure WIT maintains continuing education and ethical standards while handling crisis coordination.
