Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in disease care management, health care business management or wellness operations.
• Proven ability to lead large programs and teams to national clinical standards.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with data translation to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for population health strategy, operations, and fiscal oversight.
• Develop and implement wellness programs focused on preventive care and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with OSU Health Plan, HR, and partner organizations to drive value-based care initiatives.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of nurses and health coaches to deliver high-quality services.
