Job summary

AssetMark, Inc. seeks a Director of Wealth & Planning Solutions to lead the roadmap for wealth and planning offerings and partner with senior leaders to align strategy with advisor needs.

You will oversee three products (SBLOC, Charitable, and Self Directed Brokerage Accounts) and collaborate across Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Finance to grow the wealth solutions portfolio in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the SVP of Wealth Solutions & Advanced Planning and VP of Wealth Solutions Product to define and drive the vision for AssetMark’s wealth and planning solutions.
• Effectively manages and communicates product vision, strategy, OKR/KPIs and reporting
• Develops top-grade executive presentations and leads discussions that support decision alignment or promote awareness with leadership teams.
• Partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic plans, leading to a modern digital experience and well-versed sales and service teams
• Craft & execute on clear pipeline plans to research/analyze issues, explore new ideas and solutions, and work towards decisions.
• Support sales by championing the solution set through various distribution channels and address product competitiveness and positioning with target client segments.
• Lead and support the professional development of junior staff
