Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the vision for its wealth and planning solutions. You will manage product strategy, OKRs, and reporting, and prepare executive presentations to align leadership on critical decisions.

You will partner with distribution, marketing, technology, legal, and finance to deliver a modern digital experience and robust sales/service capabilities, while guiding junior staff and managing major projects across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in product strategy and development for wealth management solutions.
• Understanding of Broker-Dealer and RIA (helpful, not required).
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Self-motivated with bias toward action and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to evaluate risks and communicate with executive audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborates across teams.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for AssetMark’s wealth and planning solutions with senior leaders.
• Manage and communicate product strategy, OKRs/KPIs and reporting.
• Develop executive presentations and lead discussions for decision alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a modern digital experience and effective sales/service.
• Craft and execute pipeline plans to study issues, explore ideas, and support decisions.
• Champion the solution set through distribution channels and address competitiveness and positioning.
• Lead and support the professional development of junior staff.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Finance, and others.
