Forvis Mazars Wealth Advisors, LLC is an SEC-registered, wholly owned subsidiary of Forvis Mazars, LLP, offering wealth management services for affluent families and institutions. Our services include financial planning, retirement planning, education funding, life insurance analysis, investment management, charitable gift strategies, estate planning, trust administration, and family office services.

How you will contribute:
  1. Lead and serve on a team of Wealth Management professionals serving high-net-worth clients.
  2. Assist clients in creating, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive wealth management strategies including:
  • Financial Planning
  • Retirement Planning
  • Investment Management
  • Education Planning
  • Estate & Legacy Planning, Trust Administration
  • Survivor Assistance
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise and global knowledge of wealth management services.
  • Coordinate and work on multiple, concurrent client projects.
  • Participate actively in business development to identify, pursue, and acquire new clients.
  • Build contacts within the business, professional, or civic communities.
  • We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
    1. High emotional intelligence and a strong desire to provide outstanding client service.
    2. Ability to communicate effectively both up and downstream and exercise judgment in client interactions.
    3. Capacity to oversee and prioritize multiple projects, monitor project timelines, and meet or exceed deadlines.
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Financial Planning is preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience as the lead wealth management advisor for high-net-worth families.
    • One of the following designations: CFP, CPA, CTFA, or JD.

    New York City Pay Transparency

    In accordance with New York State and local pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role in New York City is from $181,400 to $290,000, based on experience, education, and skills. Compensation includes salary, health benefits, 401(k), profit-sharing, flexible time off, and parental leave. The company reserves the right to adjust the salary range as needed.

    NY Minimum Salary: $181,400

    NY Maximum Salary: $290,000
