Qualifications

Experience establishing organizational goals, objectives and priorities aligned with mission.
Experience in policy administration including planning, development, implementation and evaluation.
Experience in strategic planning with multi-year objectives and performance measurement.
Experience in operations management directing and coordinating activities through supervisors.
Experience in financial administration including budget analysis, planning and expenditure forecasting.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory criminal background check required.
